PP999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words have specific meanings. Understanding them makes the rest of the document easier to follow.

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the pp999 platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using pp999 and, if applicable, request the closure of your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the Terms as they stand at the time of use.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through pp999, including sports betting, PSL betting, esports betting, online casino, live casino, poker, crash games and any promotional offers. Where a specific product has additional rules, those rules supplement these Terms and do not replace them. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail unless the product rules expressly state otherwise.

To register and use pp999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PP999 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, place bets or play any game on the platform. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director or representative of pp999 or any affiliated company, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the pp999 platform or any affiliated service.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

PP999 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player cannot provide satisfactory proof that they meet the age requirement, pp999 will suspend the account and withhold any funds pending verification. If it is established that a player was under 18 at the time of registration or during any subsequent use, any winnings will be forfeited, any deposits will be returned (without interest or bonus funds), and the account will be permanently closed.

Each eligible person may hold only one account on pp999. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, or using different email addresses or phone numbers — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information required during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. PP999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact pp999 support immediately.

PP999 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed satisfactorily.

PP999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All transactions on the platform — deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses and withdrawals — are denominated in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied.

Accepted deposit methods on pp999 include:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and over-the-counter)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet and over-the-counter)
• NayaPay and SadaPay (digital bank wallets)
• IBFT bank transfer from any Pakistani bank
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and Rs 1,000 for IBFT transfers. PP999 does not charge any deposit processing fee. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside pp999's control and are your responsibility.

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. PP999 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the account holder's identity, it will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

PP999 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe it is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

Players may withdraw their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Funds that are subject to active wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are met.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. PP999 processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within an average of 5 minutes and to IBFT bank accounts within 30–60 minutes. These are target times and not guaranteed processing times, though pp999 operates a 24/7 withdrawal processing system with no daily cutoff.

Before a withdrawal request is approved, pp999 may require identity verification. Documents requested may include a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill as proof of address, or a screenshot confirming ownership of the payment method being used. This process is standard and exists to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

PP999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect account abuse, bonus exploitation, or suspicious wagering patterns. In such cases, pp999 will notify the player and communicate a timeline for resolution.

PP999 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, free bet credits and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to the general terms in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

Welcome Bonus: New players registering on pp999 are eligible for a 100% first deposit match up to a stated maximum. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through multiple accounts is prohibited.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Unless specified otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for pp999 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds expire automatically when the validity period ends.

Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 20%. Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. Crash games contribute 50%. Table games contribute 10%. PP999 will specify contribution rates in individual promotion pages where they differ from these defaults.

Abuse: PP999 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence that a player is exploiting bonuses — including through matched betting, arbitrage, low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet requirements without genuine play, or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once.

All bets placed on pp999 — whether on sports, PSL, esports or any other market — are subject to the rules set out in this section and any market-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not confirmed until pp999's system issues a unique bet reference number. A bet slip displaying odds does not constitute a confirmed bet.
• Odds errors: If a market is offered with obviously incorrect odds due to a technical error, pp999 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. Players will be notified and stakes refunded.
• Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before a result can be determined, pre-match bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned. Live bets at the point of abandonment are handled based on what had been determined at that moment.
• Match postponement: If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain active for the rescheduled fixture. Beyond 48 hours, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bets: The minimum bet on pp999 is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and player VIP tier. PP999 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion.
• Bet settlement: Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. PP999 uses multiple data providers to confirm results and will always settle based on the officially declared outcome.

All casino games, poker, crash games and any other games available on pp999 are offered for real-money play and are governed by these Terms as well as the individual rules of each game.

PP999's casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Crash games — including Aviator, JetX and Spaceman — use provably fair cryptographic algorithms. Players may verify the fairness of individual crash game rounds using the verification tools provided in-game.

Malfunction voids all pays and play. If a technical fault occurs during a game that results in an incorrect outcome being displayed, the game round is considered void and the stake is returned. PP999 cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions beyond our control.

PP999's poker room operates under standard Texas Hold'em and Omaha rules. Rake is charged per hand at the rate displayed in the game lobby. The PP999 Rakeback programme pays a percentage of rake back to eligible players as specified in the programme terms, credited every Monday.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pp999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening more than one account on pp999, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any other automated tool to place bets, access the platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover a technical error that results in an unexpected advantage, you must stop using that function and report it to pp999 support immediately.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine recreational play.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any game where collusion is possible — including sharing hole-card information, chip-dumping or coordinating bets to circumvent the rake structure.
• Using the pp999 platform in connection with money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity.
• Allowing a third party to use or operate your pp999 account on your behalf.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise interfere with the pp999 platform or its underlying technology.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive conduct toward pp999 staff or other players.

PP999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without advance notice, if it has reason to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on or in connection with the account.
• The player poses a risk to pp999 or to other players on the platform.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has requested the suspension.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pp999 will contact the player and outline what steps are needed to resolve the situation. Where an account is permanently closed for a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining after the resolution of any outstanding bet may be returned to the player minus any bonus funds, provided no fraudulent activity is found.

Players may voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting pp999 support. Accounts closed under pp999's Responsible Gaming self-exclusion tool are subject to the specific terms of that programme.

PP999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By accepting these Terms, you also accept pp999's Privacy Policy.

PP999 uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, provide customer support, send promotional communications (where you have consented), and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

PP999 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform. Your payment details are never stored in readable form on pp999's servers. PP999 does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

PP999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes problem gambling seriously. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge, available immediately from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your pp999 account. Limits take effect immediately when increased or reduced, subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum permitted losses over a defined period. Once reached, further bets are blocked until the next period begins.
• Session Time Limits: Set a timer that alerts you or automatically logs you out after a defined period of play.

• Self-Exclusion: Lock your pp999 account for a minimum of 7 days up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. PP999 will also remove you from all promotional marketing during any active exclusion.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or licence to use pp999's intellectual property for any purpose outside of normal personal use of the platform.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the pp999 platform without prior written permission from pp999. Screen captures shared for personal, non-commercial purposes on social media are generally permitted provided they do not misrepresent the platform or breach any other provision of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pp999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.

PP999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work or events outside pp999's control may result in temporary unavailability. PP999 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

PP999's liability for any individual claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money balance in your account at the time the claim arises, or Rs 50,000, whichever is lower. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from pp999's fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Gambling involves risk and you may lose money. PP999 does not guarantee any particular outcome on any bet, game or wager. Decisions made by players about how and when to bet are made freely and at the player's own risk.

PP999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, pp999 will notify registered players via email and/or an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will specify the date from which the changes take effect.

Continued use of the pp999 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as per pp999's operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through pp999's internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body specified in your jurisdiction.
